Chief Executive Officer – PRAM Insurance Services
Mr. Wilson has over 39 years of experience in the health insurance industry including over 19 years in underwriting pharmaceutical benefit risk arrangements for carriers.
Mr. Wilson is the Founder (1987) and CEO of Professional Risk and Asset Management Insurance Services, Inc. (DBA-PRAM Insurance Services, Inc.) PRAM is a risk management firm whose specialty is underwriting risk related to pharmacy and group health programs, as well as, providing employees benefits consulting. He is also a Principle and Owner in a 14 state A&H insurance company. Prior to founding PRAM, Mr. Wilson spent 17 years with a national insurance firm where he worked in various capacities including business development and National Accounts Business Sales & Underwriting Manager. He was also responsible for underwriting and auditing medical and Pharmacy special risk programs which included the oversight of business practices related to proper licensing and compliance.
Mr. Wilson has an extensive background in a wide variety of risk management functions and provides his services to the top insurance companies and reinsurers in the world. He has in-depth knowledge of all medical coverage’s related to group medical, individual medical, prescription benefits, specialty pharmacy and other related ancillary products, as well as, alternative funding techniques associated with these products.

Mr. Matthew Huck has over twenty-five years of experience in developing, designing and maintaining computer systems for the drug medical spend. Throughout his career, Mr. Huck has been involved with computer systems for the retail and mail-order pharmacy industry under the pharmacy benefit, and specialty drug, IV, DME, RT billed under the major medical benefit.
He developed a medical claims overpayment identification of system for Specialty Pharmacy Network as Chief Software Architect (purchased by West Corporation in 2012). He served as Chief Enterprise Architect of NovoLogix, Inc. (alternative name Ancillary Care Management, Inc. (ACM)) from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Huck had been involved with ACM since it’s founding in 1995.
He joined ACM after managing Coram Prescription Services computer systems from 1992 to 1999. During his time at Coram, he developed systems that covered the pharmacy benefit programs for multiple healthcare plans and oversaw the implementation of a computer system developed to link remote pharmacies. While at Coram he served as the Chief Architect of Pharmacy Claims Systems. Also while at Coram he was instrumental in developing, designing, and maintaining the computer systems for the retail and mail-order pharmacy industry.
Independent Health Care Consultant and Former Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at non-profit, for-profit and academic hospitals
Prior to becoming an Independent Health Care Consultant, Mr. Tokheim was with Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California from 2004-2008. During his tenure he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was with the Tenet Health System of Santa Barbara, California (1995-2003). While with Tenet, Mr. Tokheim held the positions of Interim Administrator, Daniel Freeman Marina Hospital; Chief Executive Officer, John F. Kennedy Medical Center; Chief Operating Officer, Desert Regional Medical Center and Chief Financial Officer, Saint Joseph Hospital. From 1977-1997, Mr. Tokheim served Saint Joseph Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska in several capacities culminating in Chief Financial Officer from 1987-1997.
Mr. Tokheim brings significant [health care] financial and operational expertise to the Advisory Board. He has a deep understanding of health care system operations, as well as, accounting and controls in for profit hospitals/systems, not for profit hospitals and academic medical centers. He offers the hands on, real world experience that only comes from having served in the CFO and COO roles.
Chief Executive Officer - Digital Conversation
Doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and extensive experience in pharmacy benefit management, mail order pharmacy, homecare, management information systems and related industries spanning a 35-year period. Dr. Dudzinski started a Prescription Benefit Management company along with a Mail Order Pharmacy and sold both entities to a publicly traded company. He has consulted for many organizations at various levels of management. Job responsibilities included President and CEO of two companies (Gemini Partners & RJD Enterprises) as well as consulting on various other projects. In 2000, was part of the executive management team and principal in Ancillary Care Management (ACM). In 2006, became the CEO of Specialty Pharmacy Network, which eventually became an acquisition of the West Corporation. At West, developed and led a Healthcare Practice which had responsibility for offer development, M&A activity, strategic partnering and sales and marketing. In addition, have been involved in application development on the Internet, all areas of marketing, sales and sales management, new business development and communications.
Dr. Dudzinski serves as CEO of Digital Conversation, which offers healthcare companies the most innovative solution-based approach in utilizing Texting, Secure Messaging, Secure Video on Demand and Enterprise messaging in order to maximize revenue, reduce communication costs and improve workflow processes.
